William (Bill) Joseph joined the D. Joseph Construction team in 2002 after managing over $125 million of major construction projects the first ten years of his career. Project types include office buildings, schools, churches, retirement homes, retail, restaurants, multifamily and tenant finish work. In addition to his on the job experience, Bill received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Saint Louis University and his Master’s Degree in Construction Management and Real Estate from the University of Denver.
