D. Joseph Construction is undertaking a comprehensive renovation of W.E. Sullivan’s Irish Pub & Fare, transforming the existing 5,106-square-foot restaurant into an updated dining and entertainment destination in the heart of Peoria Heights.
The project includes a complete interior reconfiguration to create an inviting atmosphere, with expanded seating areas, a redesigned bar, dedicated gaming and dart areas, a music space, and improved dining and service areas. The renovation also includes updated restrooms, kitchen support areas, and improved mechanical systems to enhance both the guest experience and daily restaurant operations.
The exterior transformation will give W.E. Sullivan’s a distinctive new appearance along North Prospect Road. Featuring a combination of brick and stone veneer, new storefront windows, architectural metal accents, updated roofing, and a redesigned entrance, the improvements will establish a refreshed identity while preserving the character of this neighborhood Irish pub. Renovated outdoor patio and seating areas will further enhance the restaurant’s appeal.
Working alongside J.H. Petty & Associates, D. Joseph Construction is coordinating the extensive interior and exterior improvements to bring new life to this established Peoria Heights destination.
