This outlot was created from an existing parking lot of the Grand Prairie Mall. Work consisted of a new ground up building demised for two tenants (OSF and Dunkin Donuts) and includes a drive thru. This shell construction work also included all new utilities to this site and also the addition of a new right turn lane to allow for easy access to this site.
My experience withD. Joseph Construction was fantastic. I had a vision and they brought it to life. When issues came up they were quick to offer workable solutions. Thank you!
